Integration of Islamic Law in Regional Development in Indonesia

Indonesia has introduced Islamic-based development programs, but challenges such as different interpretations, incompatibility between Islamic law and the national legal system, political influence, integration of values in sustainable continue to hinder implementation approaches regional development. This study aims analyze concepts from an economic, social, environmental perspective identify concrete policies or programs that can be implemented apply a holistic approach research is categorized normative using primary secondary materials statutory library documents (books, journals, reports internet sources) analyzed philosophical analytic approach. According findings, problem solved by creating program considers political, factors guarantees program's sustainability. Increasing community participation involvement planning implementing strengthening oversight use funds impact activities are possible solutions.
